Renew and Restore provides an overview of burnout within fitness and wellness professions. Learn how to protect your energy, and build sustainable wellness on and off the job. Fitness professionals give so much to others, this workshop is designed to support you, too. Participants will gain a clear understanding of burnout and its signs, explore the role of energetic exchange, and increase wellness awareness using the Wellness Wheel. You will leave with practical tools you can incorporate immediately to restore balance, strengthen boundaries, and support long-term well-being.
